As we revealed last week the new advertising campaign has gone live. Ask yourself a company this large with growth exceeding all targets, tie ins with the government open2export, massive advertising campaign etc. The lenders realize the full potential of this company as do us shareholders, what they are trying to do is hopefully proved to be illegal. They are going to steal this iconic brand from under the noses of the man in the street with the full knowledge of the government and financial agencies. If the markets can be manipulated like this where will it end ? With the right negotiations everybody involved could have gone from strength to strength, if the company succeeds in this action how many private investors, share schemes, pension schemes, funds Etc are going to be hit. The company have refused and put obstacles in our path at every opportunity , however very soon they will be forced to reveal all.

The company is currently hiring over 500 people, growth in one department is over 300% , I see the business growing exponentially once they decide to press on with the promised digital roll out .
Lots happening behind the scenes ! Most of the Major companies now on board and contacting hibu. We will have a further update at the end of the week.
What has become apparent throughout the long drawn out EGM request is the refusal of the Nominee companies to act on the request of the shareholders. Despite our Solicitors, on numerous occasions pointing them in the right direction in regard to UK law a small number still refuse to act. This I believe is an issue which has not really raised it's head before, again www.hibu-shareholders-group.com are breaking new ground. Don't be foolish, this will affect not only hibu Shareholders but many many other small investors . Vince Cable says he is working on transparency of Directors etc, I guess this is another issue he needs to address. Hopefully when his busy schedule allows he can address our issues regarding Hibu whilst avoiding a conflict of interest with his departments support of the Open2Export initiative , run by hibu.
